Are all of your products new?
Yes, we only display and sell new products.
When will my order ship after I have placed an order online?
If you order on our site, then product is in stock and will usually ship same day. When the order ships a confirmation and tracking number will be sent to you.
Can you ship product internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally, but for that kindly send your requests to orders@genx.ae. As of now the website supports only UAE deliveries.
How do I request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number?
Contact orders@genx.ae and provide the following information: customer name, invoice number, serial number, if the box was opened or not, and the reason for return.
